Hello from the Independent Breakaway Republic of San Francisco, where we’ve received the warmest of strange welcomes from the lovely people out this way. Playing the Kinetic Poetics Festival at UC Santa Cruz was loco, loco. Check out these amazing new fotos by Ariana Perez. Since Santa Cruz we’ve been hanging low in the Mission and SoMa, going to galleries, drinking atole con café, forming alliances and nerding out. Most important: we’re playing a very, very unique show this Sunday night at a warehouse in San Francisco. A collaboration with our friends Bad Unkl Sista, this is not one to be missed. New costuming, new pieces, Sonidero / spoken video combination, DJ Emtron presente. Let people know.

But for those of you who can’t make it, we haven’t forgotten you! New virtual goodies abound! First up, the product of several 5am benders by dirtyverbs and doctór terán: brand new website! ¡VERBOBALA.COM 2009! We’re still twerking some details & upping new content, but give us some feedback.
