Hello from Hermosillo, Sonora where we are locked in a house pirating internet from the neighbors and working on new material for the upcoming Mexico tour. Adam’s family is generously hosting us and keeping us plied with wheat tortillas and family stories. A big thanks to them!

We have a lot of new dirt for y’all to check out, starting with the new “Border Remixeado”. Border Remixeado is the show that we have been touring for most of the year, which we’re currently expanding and remixing. It’s on YouTube as well.

Next week we’ll be kicking off a week of performances, workshops and conferences at the Autonomous University of Cd. Juárez. Given that it’s in Mexico, all three of us will finally be able to perform together again. Click here for the flyer. New Mexico and Texas friends: take a road trip!

Then in September Adam and Logan will pop up to Tucson for a performance with our sister group Flam Chen, at a fundraiser for the All Souls’ Procession. Flyer here. It will be the last Verbobala performance in the US for 2008, as we’ll be touring Mexico through October, then focusing on solo projects until the end of the year.
